Sustainable and careful management of landscape and nature are fundamental prerequisites for our agriculture. Biological cultivation and cattle breeding require treating animals with respect, using no chemical agents and thinking in the long term. Our highland cows are fed only grass grown on our own soil and they have access to open pasture all year round.
